Students develop the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to solve real-world problems when they are provided with engaging, hands-on STEM opportunities.
Today’s students are seeking a deeper and more meaningful understanding of STEM subjects. However, the curriculum and lesson plans currently available to both formal and informal educators often fall short of meeting this need. If our communities are to be prepared to address the complex scientific, technological, and societal challenges of the future, we must invest in high-quality STEM learning experiences today.

These experiences help students move beyond memorization to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
STEM Connection was established to support educators and organizations in building and implementing engaging, innovative, and educational STEM curricula. We collaborate with partners to design learning experiences that spark curiosity, connect STEM concepts to real-world contexts, and support both problem-based and place-based learning. Together, we can ensure that students are excited to learn, actively engaged in meaningful exploration, and developing the essential 21st-century skills they need to succeed in school, careers, and their communities.
